AML/CFT & KYC – Global Responsible Gaming Solutions

Mila Aleksandrova is head of Training for The Casino Factory’s Training and Development Department where she is currently in the process of setting a up live training school in Batumi. Training there, will not only incorporate the technical skills required by personnel, but also focuses greatly on teaching the Responsible Gaming side of business that incorporates AML and KYC, often overlooked with similar training projects.

She also plays a key role in the writing and the production of Casino Factory’s online Training Courses and the “How to Play” video series for consumer training. Liudmila has gathered a wealth of gaming knowledge and experience internationally and a valued member of the Casino Factory team.
